What We Do

What We Restore

The same crew handles all five, from the emergency response through the last coat of paint.

Water Damage Restoration

A burst pipe or a slab leak puts water into the framing and the subfloor, not only the room you can see. Portable extraction units pull the standing water, air movers and commercial dehumidifiers dry what soaked in, and calibrated meters and a thermal imaging camera show where it traveled.

Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration

Smoke and soot keep moving through a house after the flames are out, and they settle in rooms the fire never reached. Tarping and board-up first, then soot removal with dry chemical sponges and HEPA air scrubbers, then thermal fogging for the odor, then the rebuild.

Mold Remediation

Mold grows where moisture sits behind a wall or under a floor, out of sight of the leak that fed it. Poly containment with zipper doors and negative air keep the rest of the house clear while the affected material comes out, and where Texas requires an independent licensed mold assessor, that assessor verifies the finished work.

Water Mitigation & Structural Drying

A floor that feels dry to the touch can still hold enough moisture to cup the boards or feed mold weeks later. Injectidry panels dry wall cavities without opening them up, and the equipment stays running until the meters read dry, not until the floor feels dry.

Storm Damage Restoration

Wind that lifts shingles or breaks a window lets rain into the attic and the walls, working down through insulation and framing before a ceiling shows a stain. Tarping and board-up go in on the first visit, and the extraction and drying equipment runs off our own generators if the power's out. Warrior Roofing, the sister company under the same owner, handles exterior roof repair and replacement.

Why Homeowners Call Warrior

One Crew, Response Through Rebuild

Warrior runs the whole job: the response, the drying, the tear-out and the rebuild, with the same crew on all of it. Justin Miller has worked in restoration for about four and a half years and owns the company on his own. There is no second company brought in halfway through, and nobody you have to explain the loss to twice.

The crew of 6 runs three trucks stocked for the whole first visit: portable extraction units, commercial dehumidifiers, high-velocity air movers, calibrated moisture meters, a thermal imaging camera, HEPA vacuums and wall-cavity drying panels. Water, fire, smoke and mold work are all done in-house, so a burst pipe that turns into mold, or a kitchen fire that leaves smoke two rooms away, stays one job. Read more about Warrior Restoration.

How We Work

How a Restoration Call Works

From the call through the paperwork your carrier needs, the order stays the same.

You Call

Warrior takes emergency calls at any hour, weekends and holidays included.

Damage Assessment

A technician walks the loss with a moisture meter and a thermal imaging camera, finds how far the water or the smoke traveled, and tells you what the work involves before anything is moved. The written scope goes to your carrier directly.

Mitigation

Extraction and drying equipment go in on the first visit. On a mold job, containment and negative air go up before any material comes out.

Repairs and the Rebuild

Drywall, trim, paint and flooring bring the room back to pre-loss condition.

Warrior Restoration arrived on scene after my garage caught fire. They performed a thorough and careful evaluation of damages. They then gave me my assessment and professional advice to begin restoration. Not once did I feel pressured or pushed and the initial estimate was fair. They arrived on time each day they were performing their work. They were very sincere and thoughtful with their assessment of my personal items that could be salvaged or beyond usable. Any salvageable items were cleaned with careful consideration to bring them back to pre burned condition. They hauled away any trash and made sure the entire scene was free of debris. They also took into account my dogs and kept the yard safe for them to be able to go outside. They rebuilt or replaced all damaged building components. They then did the covering process to eliminate any smoke smells or residue. They finished this project in a timely manner. Each crew member was professional and knew their responsibilities. They were very knowledgeable and skilled at many different variations of the rebuild. After the project was complete. They removed all trash and left the scene neat, clean, and tidy. I cannot say enough how much I appreciate their effort and compassion to my damage. It definitely eased my worries and they made things right. In the end, the cost was exactly as estimated and there wasn’t any add on expenses or increases in cost. I will be using them for other projects as well. I highly recommend their service.

I had a moisture and mold issue in my apartment the landlord refused to fix. I contacted Warrior Restoration and explained the situation. Justin and Kardale came out the same afternoon and immediately began inspecting the areas of concern. They used a moisture meter and infrared camera to determine exactly where the moisture was that was causing the mold. Justin developed a plan to rid the area of moisture and prevent new mold growth. They were very professional and respectful of the property, which I appreciate since I am renting. The cost of remediation was very reasonable. I highly recommend Warrior Restoration and will definitely use them in the future, should a similar problem arise.
